After killing a certain amount of citizens to fill his rage meter, Caligula enters rampage mode, in which every blow he throws instantly kills his victim in a very brutal way. Walking through the seven hills (levels) of Rome, Caligula will face ordinary citizens, prostitutes, beggars, legionnaires and gladiators. Each of these weapons can be used with it's corresponding letter on the keyboard (such as S for Sword, A for axe), while Caligula is controlled with the arrow keys. Among these are blades, axes, crossbows and even more unusual weapons, such as wasp hives or lions.
